πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰ Please see my new blog here: Frances Thinks. This post on how I learned to speak like a native Japanese may interest you.πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

Herro there!

I’m a Taiwanese-American learning Japanese and attempting French. I’d like to use this blog to share the tools I use to study Japanese, some of my own translations, and thoughts about learning language.

Learning language should be as fun as possible. That means, if you’re into music, listen to Japanese songs and learn the meaning of the lyrics. If you’re into Japanese TV shows, watch those TV shows while jotting down words you don’t understand. (and look them up during or afterwards!) If you’re into molecular biology, read about ribosomes.

Read anything and everything to diversify your vocabulary. Listen to anything and everything to learn how that vocabulary is pronounced. Then speak.

Comments and constructive criticism always welcome!

Cheers!
